Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EI24P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated EI24P2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher EI24P2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EI24P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and LUSC show a favorable association.

BLCA, KIRC, and LUSC are the cancer types where EI24P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
