EI24

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EI24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,885 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EI24-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP3K8_S141, RNF214, and ARHGEF12. Each is linked with EI24 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EI24-to-partner and partner-to-EI24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EI24 versus MAP3K8_S141 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EI24→partner) and Y-score (partner→EI24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
