EI24

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EI24 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,506 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EI24-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC69, CCDC15, and TMEM218. Each is linked with EI24 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EI24-to-partner and partner-to-EI24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EI24 versus CCDC69 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EI24→partner) and Y-score (partner→EI24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
