EI24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EI24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 465 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EI24-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6803, GCSHP2, and CPSF7. Each is linked with EI24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EI24-to-partner and partner-to-EI24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6803 grouped by EI24-low versus EI24-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EI24→partner) and Y-score (partner→EI24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
