EHMT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EHMT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,367 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EHMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CKS2, NARF, and DDT. Each is linked with EHMT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EHMT1-to-partner and partner-to-EHMT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CKS2 grouped by EHMT1-low versus EHMT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EHMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EHMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
