EHMT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EHMT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,399 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EHMT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1J1, ACP4, and ABCG4. Each is linked with EHMT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EHMT1-to-partner and partner-to-EHMT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1J1 grouped by EHMT1-low versus EHMT1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EHMT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EHMT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
