EHF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EHF mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EHF-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ T-cells, Monocytes, and CD4+ memory T-cells. Each is linked with EHF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EHF-to-partner and partner-to-EHF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8+ T-cells grouped by EHF-low versus EHF-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EHF→partner) and Y-score (partner→EHF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
