EHD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EHD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,146 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EHD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAOA, SAR1AP3, and CSGALNACT2P2. Each is linked with EHD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EHD4-to-partner and partner-to-EHD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DAOA grouped by EHD4-low versus EHD4-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EHD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→EHD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
