EHD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EHD4 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,263 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EHD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE4B, ZNF365, and SNX27. Each is linked with EHD4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EHD4-to-partner and partner-to-EHD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBE4B grouped by EHD4-low versus EHD4-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EHD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→EHD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
