EHD2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EHD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,281 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EHD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LSP1P1, IGLJ7, and GPAT3. Each is linked with EHD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EHD2-to-partner and partner-to-EHD2 results are reported.
