EHD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EHD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,257 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EHD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MSI2, OASL, and NADK. Each is linked with EHD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EHD1-to-partner and partner-to-EHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EHD1 versus MSI2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
