EHD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EHD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 33,078 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EHD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CORO1A, ARHGAP45, and ACTR2. Each is linked with EHD1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EHD1-to-partner and partner-to-EHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EHD1 versus CORO1A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
