EHD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EHD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,201 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4757, DHODH, and DDX19A. Each is linked with EHD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EHD1-to-partner and partner-to-EHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4757 grouped by EHD1-low versus EHD1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
