EGR4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EGR4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,789 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EGR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS12P15, SNORD30, and KLRC4. Each is linked with EGR4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EGR4-to-partner and partner-to-EGR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS12P15 grouped by EGR4-low versus EGR4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EGR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→EGR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
