Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, EGR4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 98 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EGR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNMD, MRGPRG, and OR56A4. Each is linked with EGR4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EGR4-to-partner and partner-to-EGR4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CNMD grouped by EGR4-low versus EGR4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EGR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→EGR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
