EGR3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EGR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,343 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EGR3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APOB, PIK3C2A_S259, and PROS1. Each is linked with EGR3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EGR3-to-partner and partner-to-EGR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EGR3 versus APOB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EGR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EGR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
