EGR3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EGR3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 110 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EGR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OCIAD1, RBM25, and ZNF29P. Each is linked with EGR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EGR3-to-partner and partner-to-EGR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EGR3 versus OCIAD1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.61.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EGR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EGR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
