EGR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EGR3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EGR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, INPP4B, and PDCD4. Each is linked with EGR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EGR3-to-partner and partner-to-EGR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by EGR3-low versus EGR3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EGR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EGR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
