EGR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EGR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,490 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EGR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5F1A, HK2, and ZNF561. Each is linked with EGR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EGR2-to-partner and partner-to-EGR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP5F1A grouped by EGR2-low versus EGR2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EGR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EGR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
