EGR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EGR2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EGR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4G, INPP4B, and MEK1. Each is linked with EGR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EGR2-to-partner and partner-to-EGR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4G grouped by EGR2-low versus EGR2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EGR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EGR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
