EGLN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EGLN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,169 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EGLN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4487, RNASEH1, and RNA5SP516. Each is linked with EGLN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EGLN3-to-partner and partner-to-EGLN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4487 grouped by EGLN3-low versus EGLN3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EGLN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EGLN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
