EGLN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EGLN2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EGLN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIGAR, ATM, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with EGLN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EGLN2-to-partner and partner-to-EGLN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIGAR grouped by EGLN2-low versus EGLN2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EGLN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EGLN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
