EGLN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EGLN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,032 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EGLN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BROX, SPP1_S234, and ARFGAP2. Each is linked with EGLN1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EGLN1-to-partner and partner-to-EGLN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EGLN1 versus BROX in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EGLN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EGLN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
