Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EGLN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,860 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EGLN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf131, PGK1, and RBBP5. Each is linked with EGLN1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EGLN1-to-partner and partner-to-EGLN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EGLN1 versus C1orf131 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EGLN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EGLN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
