EGLN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EGLN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,039 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EGLN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTTY12, DUX4L46, and RNU6-147P. Each is linked with EGLN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EGLN1-to-partner and partner-to-EGLN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTTY12 grouped by EGLN1-low versus EGLN1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EGLN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EGLN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
