Across TCGA cell cohorts, EGLN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,742 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EGLN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation protein catabolic process at synapse, Regulation of modification of synaptic structure, and Regulation of modification of postsynaptic structure. Each is linked with EGLN1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EGLN1-to-partner and partner-to-EGLN1 results are reported.
