EGFR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EGFR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 110 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EGFR-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, GAPDH, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with EGFR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EGFR-to-partner and partner-to-EGFR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by EGFR-low versus EGFR-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EGFR→partner) and Y-score (partner→EGFR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
