Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EGFLAM-AS3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated EGFLAM-AS3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher EGFLAM-AS3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EGFLAM-AS3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC show a favorable association.

STAD, KIRP, and ACC are the cancer types where EGFLAM-AS3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
