EGFL8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EGFL8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,132 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EGFL8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP4, SMC1A, and SPIN1. Each is linked with EGFL8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EGFL8-to-partner and partner-to-EGFL8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EGFL8 versus PARP4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EGFL8→partner) and Y-score (partner→EGFL8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
