Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EGFL8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,417 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EGFL8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADH1B, CHRDL1, and ASPA. Each is linked with EGFL8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EGFL8-to-partner and partner-to-EGFL8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EGFL8 versus ADH1B in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EGFL8→partner) and Y-score (partner→EGFL8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
