Across TCGA cell cohorts, EGFL8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,827 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EGFL8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Chiasma assembly, mRNA splice site recognition, and Spliceosomal complex assembly. Each is linked with EGFL8 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EGFL8-to-partner and partner-to-EGFL8 results are reported.
