EGFL7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EGFL7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EGFL7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATXN3L, IL22, and PRR27. Each is linked with EGFL7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EGFL7-to-partner and partner-to-EGFL7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATXN3L grouped by EGFL7-low versus EGFL7-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EGFL7→partner) and Y-score (partner→EGFL7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
