EGFL6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EGFL6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,883 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EGFL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD90, TUBGCP5, and PSMA5P1. Each is linked with EGFL6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EGFL6-to-partner and partner-to-EGFL6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EGFL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→EGFL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
