EFTUD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFTUD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,930 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFTUD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNFT2, PRADC1, and SNORD38C. Each is linked with EFTUD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFTUD2-to-partner and partner-to-EFTUD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNFT2 grouped by EFTUD2-low versus EFTUD2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFTUD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFTUD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
