EFTUD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EFTUD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 636 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFTUD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACER1, F9, and OR4D1. Each is linked with EFTUD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFTUD2-to-partner and partner-to-EFTUD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACER1 grouped by EFTUD2-low versus EFTUD2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFTUD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFTUD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
