EFR3B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EFR3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,080 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFR3B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of monoatomic ion transport, Transport along microtubule, and Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport. Each is linked with EFR3B in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFR3B-to-partner and partner-to-EFR3B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of monoatomic ion transport grouped by EFR3B-low versus EFR3B-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFR3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFR3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
