EFR3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFR3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,364 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFR3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX15, ZBTB8A, and NDUFS4. Each is linked with EFR3A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFR3A-to-partner and partner-to-EFR3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX15 grouped by EFR3A-low versus EFR3A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFR3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFR3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
