EFR3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EFR3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 385 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFR3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRSS56, TXNDC8, and MTRNR2L6. Each is linked with EFR3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFR3A-to-partner and partner-to-EFR3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRSS56 grouped by EFR3A-low versus EFR3A-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFR3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFR3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
