EFNB3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFNB3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,455 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFNB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FSD1, ACRV1, and KLHL35. Each is linked with EFNB3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFNB3-to-partner and partner-to-EFNB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EFNB3 versus FSD1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFNB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFNB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
