Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFNB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,691 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EFNB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBB1P1, CYCSP1, and PRAMEF14. Each is linked with EFNB2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFNB2-to-partner and partner-to-EFNB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUBB1P1 grouped by EFNB2-low versus EFNB2-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFNB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFNB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
