The most reproducible EFNB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of leukocyte adhesion to arterial endothelial cell, Regulation of leukocyte adhesion to arterial endothelial cell, and Adherens junction organization. Each is linked with EFNB2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFNB2-to-partner and partner-to-EFNB2 results are reported.
