EFNA5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFNA5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,469 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFNA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAST, TPBG, and CRYBG3. Each is linked with EFNA5 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFNA5-to-partner and partner-to-EFNA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFNA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFNA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
