EFNA5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFNA5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,803 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFNA5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASA1, MLYCD, and LAMB3. Each is linked with EFNA5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFNA5-to-partner and partner-to-EFNA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFNA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFNA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
