EFNA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFNA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFNA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP19-6, MEF2AP1, and MIR3689D2. Each is linked with EFNA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFNA2-to-partner and partner-to-EFNA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP19-6 grouped by EFNA2-low versus EFNA2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFNA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFNA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
