EFNA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFNA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,645 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFNA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGF, SAMSN1_S23, and PRUNE1. Each is linked with EFNA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFNA1-to-partner and partner-to-EFNA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EFNA1 versus HDGF in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFNA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFNA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
