Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFNA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,625 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EFNA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SAMSN1, FERMT3, and FGD2. Each is linked with EFNA1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFNA1-to-partner and partner-to-EFNA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EFNA1 versus SAMSN1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFNA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFNA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
