Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFL1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,137 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EFL1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell cycle phase transition, Regulation of DNA biosynthetic process, and Positive regulation of cell cycle process. Each is linked with EFL1P2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFL1P2-to-partner and partner-to-EFL1P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of cell cycle phase transition grouped by EFL1P2-low versus EFL1P2-high in STAD.
