EFHD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFHD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,972 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFHD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NADK, PTPN6, and FMNL1. Each is linked with EFHD2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFHD2-to-partner and partner-to-EFHD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EFHD2 versus NADK in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFHD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFHD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
