EFHD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFHD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,040 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFHD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NKG7, CRTAM, and MS4A6A. Each is linked with EFHD2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFHD2-to-partner and partner-to-EFHD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EFHD2 versus NKG7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFHD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFHD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
