EFHD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EFHD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 105 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EFHD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7849, RNU6-875P, and GUSBP16. Each is linked with EFHD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EFHD2-to-partner and partner-to-EFHD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7849 grouped by EFHD2-low versus EFHD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EFHD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EFHD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
